What is grounding or earthing?

Grounding is simply the process of bringing our attention out of our minds and into our bodies and the present moment. This takes place within all four of our energetic layers; physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Its about bringing your awareness back to here and now, into a state of oneness. I would like to call this our natural state.
If you observe yourself carefully during the day you will find that you are you are constantly travelling to the past or the future, either thinking of past events or things you still have to do. During that time you are not in present moment awareness, you are wasting valuable life-force energy and at the end of the day you will feel mentally and emotionally drained. Thoughts are energy in motion
and they can be either positive or negative, present moment awareness would be in the middle of the two. A perfect alignment with our true source that supplies us with life giving energies and this is where healing and miracles take place. in this busy times we are living in it is becoming more difficult to find time to quiet the mind to experience present moment awareness or ground yourself, as time changes we adjust the methods to keep us grounded with different tools i will share with you below:
There are many more, these are just a few i experimented with. Mudras combined with meditation and mantras are powerful combinations. Like i said before experiment and feel what resonates with you.
